Xavier Garcia Jr is an accomplished builder, designer, and craftsman whose work blends architectural training with refined manual expertise. After earning his Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida, Xavier founded Ninzan Studio—an artisan carpentry company and workshop known for its meticulous fabrication and design-forward approach. He later expanded into construction through Ninzan Build, overseeing projects that integrate custom millwork, architectural detail, and precision execution in waterfront locations throughout the Sarasota area.
Over more than a decade, Xavier has built a reputation in Sarasota for thoughtful design, clean craftsmanship, and a hands-on approach to every project. His work has been featured in regional publications and supported by a portfolio of residential renovations, additions, and bespoke wood creations.
Beyond his professional practice, Xavier serves as Chairman of the Board at the Manatee Gun & Archery Club, where he oversees strategic planning, facility development, and community engagement. His leadership emphasizes safety, growth, and preserving the club’s legacy for future generations. Xavier is also a musician contributing to the rhythm section, drums and bass guitar, at his local church.
